On Tuesday September 22. The City of New York uprooted several roads in the Bronx: A strip of East 178th Street, Marion, Mapes, Prospect and Clinton Avenues.
Today, October the 12th, the roads are currently unpaved. It is getting windy and cold. Autumn has begun and the weather is changing steadily. Instead of enjoying the fresh air and the change of the season, the community is forced to smell tar and breathe in chemials every single day. God forbid its really windy, that means dust is everywhere! Not only that, every pot hole and swer cap is exposed.
This is a residential area with playgroungs and schools full of children who carry asthma pumps.
When will the city finish the job that they started?
