My job surprised me today double! The children ate donuts in celebration of my birthday and Mrs. Carmen came by and gave us a beautiful cake that reads: Happy Birthday Ms. Lilly! They really made my day!

Sisters
Planting Flowers
This year spring, my sister, April, lead her own volunteer project. She planted flowers in front of our church and watered them weekly. It seems so long ago now that it’s November.

Spaghetti Squash
I tried Spaghetti Squash for the first time. My sister April who gardens harvested it and introduced it to the family. I can’t wait for her to bring another one home!
College Artist
I enjoy walking through the art gallery at the College of New Rochelle. I am always inspired. I took these photos last year Spring 2015. It’s a paper collage by artist Angie Roman.
