On the way to the chicken spot
This was taken my first night in Ecuador. Isai, Ana, Maria Paz and I were on our way to their chicken spot which was more healthier then ours in New York. The salad was fresh as well as the chicken.
Granadilla
Granadilla is also known as passion fruit.
The seeds are very sweet and carries juice. It does not beat an apple but is very good. The shell is hard but easy to crack. It looks as if you should peel it but actually you crack it open.
