The day after Thanksgiving was my Birthday last year. I wanted two things and I got them.
I got to spend time with my Grandma and I got to do a photo-shoot of my 5 siblings.
This is a picture of me and my 4 sisters. Our little brother took a picture of us.
I love my siblings.
I forgot what we were talking about, but my sisters and I were extremely happy.
On the egg man door, is a roster that holds signs.
Only in the country will find something like this.

He is in the back taking care of some chickens.

The chicken’s are hollering too.
” I thought you said you didn’t want to visit the egg man, it looks like you had more fun than me!”

Mr. Sadler told me there were no rosters on his egg farm.
Really, don’t you need a roster to lay eggs? I asked.
Nope, he replied, a chicken can lay eggs all alone. It doesn’t need a roster.
“When we first started we had close to or over 8 thousand chickens. We had more coops to put them in but now they are all on the floor. We have around a thousand. The business is doing good but not like it was years ago.”

When I was in Gloucester, Virginia visiting my Grandma, I was told I must make a visit to the Short Lane Ice Cream shop.
Right before I boarded the greyhound back to New York, i treated my grandma and myself to some good ice cream.
I forgot what kind my grandma got but I got a flavor called Tortoni and it was really good.
If you are ever in Gloucester, i encourage you to check them out at Rt. 17 and Short Lane!
