Pasta with Faella (from the South of Italy)

Fresh Arugula (also known as Rucula or Spicy Rocket) with Olive Oil

Carnaroli (a type of rice good for Risotto) mixed with dried mushrooms and leaks (onions) and thyme

Fresh Ricotta Cheese with Parsley and Black pepper

Water

And Hazel Nut Cookies named Bruttima Buoni which means ‘ugly but good’ (the shape of the cookies were weird-looking but tasted good)

I look forward to going there again!
